Choc Chia Breakfast Mousse (Serves 1) Ingredients
- 35g avocado
- 3 tbsp.chocolate vegan protein powder (or flavour of yourchoice)
- 1 tbsp. (7g) cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 100ml unsweetened almond milk
- 40g natural coconut yoghurt (unsweetened)
- 1/2 tsp. stevia
- 30g chia seedsMethod
- Add avocado, protein powder, cacao powder, nutmeg, almond milk, yoghurt and stevia to a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Stir through chia seeds.
- Set in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow chia seeds to expand and mixture to thicken.
- Serve.
