Overnight Raspberry Oats (Serves 1) Ingredients
- 55g dry rolled oats
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 5g chia seeds
- 15g vegan vanilla protein powder
- 25g fresh raspberries
- 10g almond butter (unsalted)
- 5 drops liquid stevia or pinch stevia granules
Method
- Combine the rolled oats, stevia, protein powder, almond milk and chia seeds in a jar
- Set in the fridge overnight to set
- The following day remove from the fridge and add almond butter and raspberries ontop
- Serve
