Overnight Raspberry Oats

Overnight Raspberry Oats (Serves 1) Ingredients

  • 55g dry rolled oats
  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 5g chia seeds
  • 15g vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 25g fresh raspberries
  • 10g almond butter (unsalted)
  • 5 drops liquid stevia or pinch stevia granules

Method

  1. Combine the rolled oats, stevia, protein powder, almond milk and chia seeds in a jar
  2. Set in the fridge overnight to set
  3. The following day remove from the fridge and add almond butter and raspberries ontop
  4. Serve
