When to arrive

Do I need anything

Theoretically nothing besides a fitness outfit. We provide mats for the yoga, gloves for the boxing (and sell branded inners at reception if you do not have your own),  have filtered water fountains, smiles and good vibes!

Cleats for Spinning Classes

We use the latest Keiser bikes which allow you to clip shoes if you have your own cleats with SPD attachments, or simply use the cages on the pedal's other side if you have regular trainers

What about past injuries

Please make sure you mention them to the trainer upon arrival so that the programme can be adapted accordingly

Pregnancy

We have lots of women who are in some of our classes right up until their due date, but we always recommend talking to your doctor before you book in. Make sure that you let our team know when you check in that you are expecting, so that we can let your trainer know to make any necessary modifications for you. Besides for Re.Cycle, for other trainings, all we ask is that you provide a note from your doctor, due to the level of core engagement in some of them

What is a Humming Yoga Studio

Our studio is one of the first in Europe to actually "hum", filled with Mother Earth’s natural heartbeat rhythm (Schumann Resonance), helping you reach this relaxed, dreamy state, when cell regeneration and healing happens. Some of our practice also benefit from Gamma waves (which increases memory recall, sensory perception, focus and is known as nature's best anti-depressant)

Absolutely, and you will enjoy it. We provide towels and Cowshed products (same as Soho House ;)

What about food/shakes/Juices

Our Re.Fuel lounge has supersmoothies, juices and delicious food from café Route with menu from the mastermind behind the Farm Girl Café and former personal chef to the Beckham family.  We moreover use Form Nutrition proteins in our shakes (they are Vegan, Gluten Free, GMO and soy-free!).

How can I book

Booking is easy, simply create a profile via our Website or our app (on iPhone or Android), select your class, your pass/membership and voila!

What is the cancellation policy

We have a minimum 12h before class cancellation policy. Although we love to give as much flexibility as possible to our members, such policy is the only way to ensure the best usage and availability of classes for all Rumblers.

Will I be charged for a no-show or late cancellation

Accepted Answer

Yes, you will lose your booked credit for that session (and if on one of our Unlimited membership, you will be charged a £5 late cancellation / £7 no-show fee).
