Elsie was introduced to Pilates initially only intending to use it as a tool for rehabilitation; but soon discovered that Pilates did for her body more than she could imagine: it not only restored balance and strength but improved her athletic performance too. When she’s not on the mat or the Pilates Reformer you can find Elsie rock climbing, running or Hiit training. Elsie is really passionate about Pilates and the number of benefits it can bring to people’s lives.
