Isobel Gosney
Following my background as a professional dancer, I find Pilates and strength incredible tools to help support my training. My classes are inspired by the exercises and techniques I found helped enhance my core stability, balance and overall mobility.
Expect to feel grounded, powerful and encouraged to practise challenges.
Lastly, my playlists are curated to ensure you feel energised throughout class, with different textures thrown in to hopefully engage with everyone that joins.
