This class blends boxing and HIIT for the ultimate metabolic conditioning. The HIIT circuits are designed to support & enhance your boxing skills while developing strength, agility, stability, speed, and cardio-respiratory endurance.

BOX + LIFT
Burn calories, and build lean muscle in this heavy bag workout which combines resistance training and old school boxing fundamentals. You will be working at a steady but non-stop pace from start to finish.

Whether you are a pro or an amateur, this workout will prepare you physically and mentally.
At Rumble we combine aqua bag striking with intervals on our Woodway treadmills. Building your heart rate up steadily during running and being able to push yourself across different levels of incline along the way will have a major impact on performance when it comes to boxing training.
