RUMBLE RUN CLUB
30MIN RUN
A 30-minute group run through the local neighbourhood, led by a Rumble crew member. No intervals, no coaching, no performance pressure. Just a regular midweek or weekend run with good people. Whether you are getting back into running, training for something longer, or just want a reason to lace up and get outside, you are welcome.
Wear running shoes and dress for the weather. We return to the club afterwards, showers and changing facilities available.
