Rumble Gym Reporting
Rumble Gym Reporting is the internal reporting tool of RUMBLE (LCUK Management Ltd). It also covers Le Chalet Clinic, which is run by Le Chalet Cryo Ltd, a separate company under the same management, and it can read search and social media figures for a few other websites we look after. Only our owner and authorised staff use it, and its reports go only to the managers of RUMBLE and Le Chalet Clinic. It is not offered to the public or to any business outside our management.
WHAT IT DOES
Each week, Rumble Gym Reporting reads performance figures from the business accounts we manage on Google and other platforms, and turns them into short reports for our managers: how people found us online, which searches and pages brought them, and how our advertising performed. Once Google grants us Basic access to the Google Ads API, we will also use it to look up search volumes when we plan our Google Ads campaigns and website content.
WHICH GOOGLE DATA IT READS
The tool reads data from these accounts we own or manage, and from public sources. It only ever reads; it never makes changes:
- Google Ads: the cost, clicks, impressions and conversions of our campaigns and, once Google grants us Basic access, Keyword Planner search volumes for terms relevant to our business.
- Google Analytics: visits, where visitors came from, and actions such as bookings, purchases and sign-ups on our websites.
- Google Search Console: search terms, impressions, clicks and pages for our websites.
- Google Business Profile (once Google approves our access): views, calls, website clicks, direction requests and search terms for our listings, and for reviews only each listing's review count and average rating and each review's date, star rating and reply time.
- PageSpeed Insights and the Chrome UX Report: public speed measurements of our web pages.
HOW THE DATA IS HANDLED
- The tool only reads data. It never changes our Google accounts, campaigns or listings.
- We use the figures only for our internal reporting and planning. We share them only with the managers of RUMBLE and Le Chalet Clinic and with the service providers that host and run the tool and deliver its emails for us. We do not sell them, and we never use them to target or personalise ads.
- The reports show totals and trends for our businesses, top search terms and pages and, where they cover Google reviews, new reviews by date, star rating and whether we have replied, plus each listing's review count and average rating. Search terms are shown as Google reports them, so they can include a person's name, for example when someone searches for one of our trainers. The reports never include reviewers' names, what reviewers wrote, or customers' contact details.
- We keep the weekly figures behind the reports so that we can compare performance over time, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that.
- Our Google access keys are stored encrypted with our hosting provider, and only our authorised staff can use the tool.
