Janine is known industry wide to be a highly experienced indoor cycling instructor, a passionate road cyclist and Indoor Cycling Master Trainer, focussed on delivering music and data driven group cycling sessions. Janine’s classes are structured, challenging, results driven and focused on data driven goals. Her sessions are set to a progressive trance soundtrack and have a sense of a ‘journey' throughout the ride. Expect a combination of endurance based climbs, speed and intensity progressions with challenging intervals, all delivered in her calm, focused manner. Do not mistake her relaxed voice for an easy ride; as far as Janine knows…there ain't no such thing.
