45 minutes in the saddle, riding as a crew to a finely curated playlist. Each instructor brings their own style and energy, blending climbs, sprints, intervals and upper-body choreography into a session that feels more like a night out than a workout.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

The studio is dark, the lights move with the music, and the instructor drives the pace from the front. You control your own resistance, so every ride is scalable to your fitness level. Expect to stand, sit, push, recover, and finish on a high.

 

No clip-in shoes required. Our bikes have standard cages that fit any trainers, as well as SPD clip-in compatibility if you bring your own cycling shoes. We do not provide cleats.

 

Water stations available. Sweat towels provided.

 

Open to all levels, including complete beginners.
