Our Sculpt zone offers our Rumble community members well rounded workouts which  involve the entire body while strategically focusing on specific areas. 

The workouts are fun and effective, designed to celebrate our ability to move, build muscle definition, burn fat, strengthen and tone. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

BARRE

Ballet inspired low impact, high intensity movements that strengthen and tone your body in 45 minutes. You will be guided through a series of isometric movements designed to improve your flexibility, posture and muscle definition.

FULL BODY 

45 minutes of resistance work, rotational moves, and dynamic sequences designed to work your entire body. This workout is designed to further develop the connection between the mind and body. It incorporates the use of hand weights and ankle weights to help tone your muscles through dance inspired movement. 

CORE

Core strength is the foundation of a strong body, a healthy spine and a good posture. Core sculpt’s sequence of exercises build strength around the trunk and reshape the abdomen area all in 45 minutes.
