Choc Protein Porridge (Serves 1)
Ingredients: 50g rolled oats; 200ml unsweetened almond milk; 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder; 1 tsp cacao powder; 1 tsp stevia; 75ml filtered water. Toppings: 50g frozen raspberries (thawed), 5g cacao nibs, 10g desiccated coconut.
Method: Add the oats and almond milk to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the protein powder, cacao powder, stevia and water and stir through. Cook for a further minute, or until thickened.
Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with the raspberries, cacao nibs and coconut. Serve.
